**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering solutions to customers. Your expertise will enable customers to successfully integrate solutions into their operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deploy, configure, and administer IBM FileNet Content Manager and related components (Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace/Workplace XT, Content Navigator). • Work with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for FileNet solutions. • Develop and implement content models, metadata structures, workflows, and security configurations. • Install and support IBM FileNet in various environments, including development, test, and production. • Perform system integrations with external applications using APIs, web services, or IBM-supplied integration tools. • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply necessary fixes. • Support data migration from legacy systems into FileNet repositories. • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability according to client needs. • Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and deployment plans. • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client IT teams throughout project lifecycle. • Provide knowledge transfer and training to client administrators and end users. • Adhere to IBM standards, industry best practices, and security/compliance guidelines. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Hands-on experience deploying and configuring IBM FileNet Content Manager or other IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Management) tools. * Strong knowledge of FileNet architecture, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and application components. * Experience with WebSphere Application Server or equivalent application server technologies. * Proficiency with relational databases such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server. * Familiarity with Linux or Windows server environments.
