Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the web application end-to-end, delivering reliable and high-quality user experiences.
- Build intuitive interfaces in collaboration with design teams to simplify complex workflows and improve usability.
- Develop APIs that integrate and deliver data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Extract, transform, and manage data from third-party APIs and connected systems.
- Influence product strategy by providing technical insights, shaping the roadmap, and helping prioritize impactful features.
- Plan and execute development sprints while remaining responsive to customer feedback and evolving business needs.
- Establish foundational engineering frameworks, processes, and systems that enable efficient scaling.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in technical interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to maintain strong engineering standards and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in an early-stage or 0-to-1 environment, building products and technical foundations from the ground up.
- Proven experience designing and implementing production-grade web applications.
- Strong background in API development, integrations, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, architectures, and technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and scalable application design.
- Product-minded approach with a focus on delivering elegant solutions that solve real customer problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and product teams.
