Your Role

As a maintenance project manager, you will lead complex maintenance projects (in terms of size, timing, innovation). You will act as the main interface between customer and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the projects successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology). It includes: updating and completing Project Plan; implementing and maintaining Project Reviews, Risk Management Plan; completing and submitting product information; communicating Customers requirements for key deliverables and performance targets to Project Teams

  •  Cost and budget

    • Monitor project budgets, meets the investment spending and financial metrics

    • Prepares capital spending and forecast

    • Support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Customer / supplier relationships:

    • Serve as primary customer interface for Project management activities

    • Manage customer change requests and ensure timely implementation

    • Ensure effective communication and alignment between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Continuous Improvement and compliance:

    • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects and teams

    • Ensures compliance with internal processes, PDP requirements and reporting standards

    • maintains required project documentation

    • participates in audits

Your Background:

  • 3+ years of experience in project leadership roles (technical and/or commercial)

  • Experience in the automotive industry leadership is considered an advantage.

  • Customer front-end & project experience (2-3 projects)

  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate across competencies, sites, customer and internal teams

  • Experience leading Software development projects is considered an advantage

  • Fluent English language skills. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong finance knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge of User Experience and/or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is considered an asset
