This role sits at the heart of regional Ethics & Compliance operations, supporting a high-impact environment where governance, privacy, and regulatory integrity are essential to business performance. Accountabilities:

    You will support the execution and monitoring of compliance and ethics programs while ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory expectations:

    • Monitor transactions and compliance-related processes (e.g., sponsorships, grants, donations) to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
    • Track and follow up on corrective actions related to compliance incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
    • Adapt global and regional training materials and communications to local requirements, including bilingual (English/French) content and Canada-specific needs.
    • Deliver and support compliance training sessions, onboarding programs, and awareness campaigns, while tracking completion in learning systems (LERN).
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compliance policies, procedures, and transactional guidance across multiple business functions.
    • Support data privacy program activities and assist Privacy Stewards in managing privacy-related responsibilities and reporting obligations.
    • Requirements

      This role requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and a solid understanding of compliance or operational governance environments:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
      • 3–5 years of experience in a compliance, ethics, audit, operations, or similar analytical role.
      • Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French), including the ability to translate and adapt content for local audiences.
      • Experience working with compliance frameworks, policy interpretation, or governance processes is highly valuable.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and maintain strong attention to detail.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of seniority.
      • Comfortable working with learning systems, documentation tools, and standard office applications.
