Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a seasoned Project Manager in Application Operations, you will drive the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, overseeing the build and support of middleware components. You will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless operations and incident management, while identifying opportunities for automation and productivity improvements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Implementation of Security Frameworks: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. This involves reviewing and implementing monitoring requirements to guarantee smooth operations. • Lead Incident and Problem Management: Provide strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services. • Track Project Progress: Determine and track scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects, creating a governance framework to report progress and identify areas for improvement. • Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed, driving collaboration and solution delivery. • Drive Automation and Productivity: Constantly seek areas for implementing automation and new technologies, bringing in productivity improvements and optimizing operations. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Deep Expertise in Security Framework Implementation: Proven experience in managing the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, with a strong understanding of organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. • Experience in Incident and Problem Management Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services. • Advanced Project Governance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of project governance frameworks, with experience in determining and tracking scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects. • Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proven ability to proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed. • Expertise in Automation and Productivity Improvement: Deep understanding of automation and new technologies, with experience in identifying areas for implementation and driving productivity improvements. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Middleware Component Knowledge: Deep expertise in building and supporting middleware components, with a strong understanding of their integration with security frameworks and DevOps platforms. • Monitoring Requirements Implementation: Experience with reviewing and implementing monitoring requirements to ensure smooth operations and incident management. • Emerging Technology Awareness: Familiarity with new technologies and automation tools, with the ability to identify areas for implementation and drive productivity improvements.
