Voor onze dynamische supply chain organisatie zoeken wij een Supply Chain Planning & Operations Specialist die ervoor zorgt dat onze operationele processen soepel verlopen. In deze rol combineer je planning, data-analyse, stakeholdermanagement en procesverbetering om de prestaties van de organisatie continu te verbeteren.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Supply Chain Planning & Operations Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van onze plannings- en operationele processen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations en andere business teams.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Monitoren en analyseren van operationele prestaties en KPI's.
Ondersteunen van planningsactiviteiten om een efficiënte goederen- en informatiestroom te waarborgen.
Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en verbeteren van dashboards en rapportages in Power BI.
Vertalen van complexe datasets naar heldere inzichten en concrete verbeteracties.
Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van procesverbeteringen.
Coördineren van operationele workflows en ondersteunen van cross-functionele projecten.
Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om processen te stroomlijnen en prestaties te verbeteren.
Bijdragen aan continu verbeterinitiatieven gericht op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en service.
Wat breng je mee?
Wij zoeken een kandidaat die beschikt over een combinatie van analytisch vermogen, procesinzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Supply Chain Management, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of vergelijkbaar.
Ervaring binnen Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Operations of een data-gedreven omgeving.
Sterke affiniteit met data-analyse en rapportages.
Ervaring met Power BI en Excel.
Ervaring met KPI-monitoring en performance reporting.
Je bent analytisch, proactief en resultaatgericht.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken.
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
