Accountabilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging channels, providing support throughout the rental lifecycle.
- Assist customers with reservations, rentals, move-ins, move-outs, billing questions, gate access issues, and lease-related requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication histories, lease documentation, and operational files.
- Process new rentals, coordinate move-in and move-out activities, and support daily property management operations.
- Monitor occupancy levels, rental activity, and customer account information to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage delinquent accounts by following up on outstanding balances, sending reminders, and maintaining collection records.
- Coordinate with local teams and leadership to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Create, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain workflows related to lead management, rentals, customer communication, reporting, and escalation processes.
- Prepare operational reports covering occupancy, customer issues, delinquency, and performance indicators.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strong experience in customer service, administrative operations, or a similar coordination role.
- Previous experience working remotely in a professional environment.
- Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone, email, and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open tasks.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and improve operational processes.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Experience in property management, self-storage, leasing, or tenant management.
- Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio or Easy Storage Solutions.
- Experience creating or improving SOPs and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with billing inquiries, payment follow-ups, and delinquency management processes.
- Previous experience supporting growing operations teams.
