In this role, you will lead and develop a team of production professionals while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across daily manufacturing activities. You'll play a key role in coordinating production schedules, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative culture where team members can thrive and perform at their best.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys solving challenges, developing talent, and making a direct impact on operational performance. If you are energized by fast-paced manufacturing environments and are passionate about empowering people to achieve shared goals, we encourage you to join our team.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of manufacturing employees to achieve production goals.

  • Coordinate daily work assignments and production priorities to meet operational targets.

  • Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.

  • Perform quality checks and inspections of in-process and finished products.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve complex challenges.

  • Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement approved process enhancements.

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in a manufacturing-related field is preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop production teams.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, production schedules, and operational instructions.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.

More about us

  • We offer rewarding career opportunities, ongoing learning programs, and development pathways to help you grow professionally.

  • Join a diverse and inclusive workplace where your ideas, leadership, and contributions make a meaningful impact every day.
