Job Description
- Supports materials planning space by providing transaction support to enable accurate forecasts to schedule data.
- Provide support in Purchase orders acknowledgements.
- Updating changes to PO – date, qty, Cancellation of PO.
- Support Master Data Maintenance & Vendor Calendar updates.
- Provide support to Sample Center for planning material activation, order changes, and scrap notifications.
- Handling Advanced shipping notice (ASN) error resolution, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) & Non-Conformity Material Report (NMR)
- Business Planning and Control System Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversion (BPCS PR to PO).
- Minimum Order Quantity / Delivery Units (MOQ/DU) audits.
- Providing support for Supply Network Collaboration, Demand, Product, and allocation.
- Supporting Parameter Optimizer (PARMO) tool for user access controls.
- Follow up with Vendors on non-conforming material.
- Executes approved contracts and monitors supplier performance, maintaining a working relationship with suppliers.
- Gathers and analyzes data to update and maintain the Global Project System (GPS)
- Keeps updated on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers
- Analyzes price change announcements and the impact on the price for raw materials, goods and services
- May provide Subject Matter Expert production support for procure-to-pay proces
