  About the role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to own the systems and operational processes that support procurement, inventory management, infrastructure deployments, and asset tracking and lifecycle management. 
 
In this role, you'll administer and optimize the business systems that power our supply chain while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset and inventory data across the organization. You'll partner with the Infrastructure, Engineering, IT, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and operational workflows that improve visibility, efficiency, and execution. 
 
Beyond day-to-day system administration, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance the tools that support a rapidly growing operational environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building scalable processes, and driving continuous improvement across multiple functions. 

 

 

Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. 

Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required to support system deployments, inventory audits, equipment installations, and operational activities at company and customer locations.

 

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Own the day-to-day administration of systems supporting procurement, inventory, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management. 
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain operational technology, end-user devices, and supporting infrastructure. 
  • Ensure asset, inventory, and equipment records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready throughout the asset lifecycle. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and implement scalable business processes. 
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements across supply chain platforms. 
  • Coordinate asset deployments, transfers, recoveries, and inventory reconciliation activities across multiple locations. 
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues while driving root cause analysis and long-term solutions. 
  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to improve operational consistency. 
  • Create operational metrics and dashboards to measure inventory accuracy, asset utilization, and deployment readiness. 
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency. 

 

 

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen required. 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting supply chain systems, IT operations, infrastructure, asset management, or technical operations. 
  • Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, inventory management, or similar operational systems. 
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational workflows. 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions. 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

 

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or infrastructure operations. 
  • Experience with enterprise asset management or inventory platforms. 
  • Familiarity with barcode, RFID, or automated asset tracking technologies. 
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar operational platforms. 
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). 
  • Experience supporting regulated industries, including defense, aerospace, or critical infrastructure.

Compensation

For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).
