Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, experienced B2B Sales Development Representative. This role is designed for a strategic hunter who understands how to navigate complex SaaS landscapes and engage senior decision-makers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying key opportunities and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
- Research and identify key stakeholders within target accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads through deep discovery calls to ensure a strong fit for the company’s solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM to track progress and optimize the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and develop territory strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our value proposition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Mastery of modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a high-volume workload independently.
- A resilient, "owner" mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and professional growth.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to C-suite executives or Director-level stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
