Accountabilities

    • Conduct outbound telephone calls using company-provided VoIP software to recruit participants for market research studies.
    • Clearly explain the purpose of each study, answer participant questions, and address concerns in a professional and engaging manner.
    • Read scripted interview questions accurately and consistently while maintaining a conversational and respectful tone.
    • Record participant responses accurately in Excel databases and ensure all information is complete and up to date.
    • Clarify unclear or incomplete responses to ensure high-quality research data.
    • Identify qualified respondents based on study criteria and schedule or invite them to participate in focus groups or other research activities.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and quality while working independently in a remote environment.
    • Requirements

      • Must currently reside in one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
      • Excellent verbal communication, reading, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently from a home office.
      • Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and web browsers.
      • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for telephone interviewing.
      • Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed).
      • Personal mobile phone, webcam, microphone, and speakers.
      • Previous telephone recruiting, customer service, call center, or market research experience is preferred but not required.
      • Spanish bilingual skills are considered an asset.
