  • Develop frameworks that improve commercial accountability, predictability and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive global consistency while balancing the varying needs of regional commercial teams.

Revenue Operations

  • Own and evolve the revenue operating model across the commercial organisation.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design and sales performance analysis.
  • Ensure high-quality commercial reporting and actionable business insights.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the revenue funnel and recommend actions to improve performance.

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting that support better decision-making.
  • Translate commercial data into meaningful insights for senior leadership.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision making across the commercial organisation.

Process Optimisation & Transformation

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commercial processes and drive efficiency.
  • Lead programmes that improve the customer journey, sales productivity and operational rigour.
  • Act as a change agent within the organisation, delivering sustainable improvements at scale.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the go-to-market ecosystem.

Technology & Systems

  • Maximise the effectiveness of CRM and commercial technology platforms.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data quality, automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, that can improve commercial effectiveness and productivity.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial leaders globally.
  • Lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams where applicable.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CCO and executive leadership team.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, GTM Operations or a related discipline.
  • Experience operating at Director, Senior Director or equivalent level.
  • Proven success supporting global commercial organisations.
  • Strong forecasting, planning, pipeline management and sales performance expertise.
  • Experience driving operational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful commercial insights.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
