Accountabilities:
- Support the technology recharge process by ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and communication of recharge outputs.
- Maintain and enhance recharge models by validating data inputs and ensuring consistency across systems and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for recharge-related questions, providing clarification on calculations, invoices, and allocation methodologies.
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis across Technology and Finance teams.
- Assist with cost allocation analysis across products, platforms, and services.
- Support journal preparation, invoicing activities, and month-end recharge processes.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by reviewing submissions, validating inputs, and supporting alignment across financial systems.
- Prepare month-end reporting, including actuals analysis, variance reviews, and supporting commentary.
- Track headcount and staff cost inputs used in recharge calculations.
- Support documentation and improvement of recharge processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Assist with onboarding new entities into recharge frameworks and supporting adoption of new processes.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling, and benchmarking activities to identify optimization opportunities.
- Translate financial outputs into clear insights for business stakeholders.
- Support transformation initiatives and provide analytical support on technology cost drivers and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, technology, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, cost allocation, and reporting principles.
- Experience working with data analysis, financial models, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with Technology and Finance teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, enterprise systems, or cost management platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
