Accountabilities:
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success teams to align organizational strategy with enterprise and functional priorities, ensuring effective execution of business goals.
- Lead organizational design initiatives including operating model evolution, governance structures, role clarity, workforce alignment, and cross-functional effectiveness.
- Assess organizational health and performance, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, decision-making, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement workforce and capability strategies to ensure the organization has the talent and skills needed for current and future business needs.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, and capability gap assessments in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- Lead enterprise change management efforts, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption strategies for transformation initiatives.
- Build scalable frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enable consistent organizational effectiveness and change execution across the enterprise.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership by translating workforce data, trends, and business needs into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in organizational strategy, effectiveness, transformation, workforce planning, human capital consulting, or related fields.
- Strong background combining consulting experience and in-house roles in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other complex matrix organizations preferred.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation, operating model design, or enterprise capability-building initiatives.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership development, and change management.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical, scalable organizational and talent solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled workforce planning, and future-of-work trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
- Competitive base salary range: $219,000 – $285,000.
