The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for an Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable) to join the Finance Team.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes. The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space.

This is an on-site position. The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of accounting experience, hotel experience is preferred.
Classification: Full Time
Shifts: Monday to Friday morning shifts, weekends required occasionally
The hourly rate for this role is $28 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Additional Benefit for Sales/Catering/Events
- Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout. A revenue goal of 200k USD or greater is required in order for the payout potential for that objective to be uncapped. The payout as a percentage of BEE is capped at 60% at 250% achievement if and when the revenue goal for that objective is below 200k USD for the quarter.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Perform essential accounting functions: Execute tasks across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations
- Address questions and disputes: Research and respond to inquiries and partner with internal and external parties to resolve disputes promptly
- Participate in financial reporting: Assist with the production of monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data
- Assist with financial communication: Report financial results and aid in understanding financial matters for both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate for success: Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other finance and corporate departments
