Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Agent

Role responsibilities

Own the end-to-end implementation of Duckie for new customers, ensuring a live and high-performing AI agent. Partner with customer stakeholders to define success criteria and drive towards them.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with strong hands-on technical skills. Experience with AI agents or a strong enthusiasm to learn quickly is preferred.
