Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative is the face of Magic Saloon. The Customer Service Representative is to give accurate information and guide customers to the Magic Saloon. The customer's first impression should be that we are professionals, that our Company has integrity, that it is safe, and that it is fun!

Requirements
Essential Functions
- Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality in full measure to every guest
- Hand out brochures, stickers, coupons, and schedules as needed while guests are entering the theatre
- Provide local tourism-related information with accuracy. Be an ambassador of goodwill for our city.
- Be knowledgeable of our products and pricing
- Perform sales using the point-of-sale platform.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team member within the scope of established rules and regulations.
- Ability to work with money, credit cards, and cash receipts.
- Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to communicate with co-workers and the general public
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and other entities.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred
- Outgoing and enjoy working with the public
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years old
Other Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing
- Have a passion for helping people and make their San Antonio experience a memorable one.
- Complete proper training to obtain TABC certification
- Maintain necessary mandated food and drink certifications.
