We invite applications for the position of Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker) at AYANA MidPlaza, JAKARTA. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
  • Manage reservations via online platforms and phone inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.

Requirements

  • Having 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests/visitors, management, and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone (Mandarin Speaker will be an advantage)
  • Ability to provide legible communication and directions.                     
  • Previous cashiering experience.
  • Knowledge of computers. PMS Opera
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
