Accountabilities:

    The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid media activities, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring accurate measurement across digital channels. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to maximize advertising impact.

    • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and creative assets to improve results.
    • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improving CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall traffic quality.
    • Manage significant monthly advertising budgets directly within advertising platforms.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement.
    • Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and related technologies to maintain accurate reporting.
    • Develop and execute creative testing strategies across audiences, messaging, placements, and bidding approaches.
    • Stay informed on platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging paid media best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate insights, recommendations, and campaign strategies.
    • Contribute knowledge-sharing initiatives and support a collaborative, high-performing marketing environment.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketer with strong technical knowledge of paid advertising platforms, analytics, and conversion optimization. You should be comfortable managing campaigns independently, interpreting complex data, and communicating recommendations clearly.

      • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
      • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience strategy, bidding methods, attribution, and conversion tracking.
      • Experience working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and related measurement tools.
      • Proven ability to manage substantial advertising budgets directly within platforms.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform campaign data into actionable insights.
      • Excellent communication skills and confidence discussing campaign performance with clients and stakeholders.
      • Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and improving marketing performance.
      • Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts is an advantage.
      • Experience supporting enterprise or global brands is a plus.
      • Background in consulting or entrepreneurial environments is beneficial.
