Senior Process Re-engineering Manager – Technology and AI-led Operating Model, Vice President
Role Purpose
Drive the execution of business-led process re-engineering and operating model improvements supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Translate strategic transformation priorities into actionable process and operating model changes across Falcon and the broader GDS portfolio, ensuring measurable improvements in operational efficiency, service delivery, and client outcomes.
Act as a key partner to Product Owners, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure process design, delivery, and adoption are aligned to business outcomes and scalable operating model evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Transformation & Process Re-engineering Initiatives
Lead planning, execution of process re-engineering and operating model improvement initiatives within large-scale transformation programs
Translate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans leveraging Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and success measures
Identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes
Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes
Support Operating Model Design and Implementation
Contribute to the design and implementation of target operating models, including processes, roles, responsibilities, and workflows
Document and maintain current-state and future-state flows, including handoffs, controls, and human–technology interaction points
Ensure alignment and consistency of process design across products, teams, functions, and delivery streams
Support embedding of automation and AI capabilities into business processes from an operational perspective
Partner with Product Owners and Stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Owners to support identification and prioritization of high-value transformation and AI-enabled use cases, providing input on operating model implications, adoption requirements, and organizational readiness
Assess initiatives through the lens of business value, operational impact, scalability and feasibility
Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, Risk, Technology) to align on process changes and implementation approach
Provide input on process implications, operating model alignment, and delivery considerations
Support stakeholder alignment and ensure shared understanding of process changes and expected outcomes
Drive Adoption & Value Realization
Support implementation of process and operating model changes within business teams
Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and integration of new ways of working incl. AI-enabled capabilities into day-to-day operations
Contribute to change management activities, including communication, training, and rollout support
Track adoption and performance metrics, ensuring visibility of realized benefits and performance improvement opportunities
Develop Process Intelligence and Insights
Support understanding of pod outputs in the context of end-to-end process flows, including control environments, risk points, and client outcomes
Conduct end-to-end process assessments, including identification of inefficiencies, fragmentation, and improvement opportunities
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis (e.g., productivity, cost-benefit, performance metrics) to support decision-making
Support the transition from fragmented, initiative-based views toward a more integrated, process-driven and AI-enabled operating model perspective
Develop process documentation, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor performance and impact
Support a structured, data-driven approach to process optimization and transformation delivery
Support Integration of Technology & Agentic AI into Business Processes
Support definition and document current and future process states and the interaction between automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and human activities, as part of operating model initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders to build shared understanding of process and operating model changes, supporting alignment and effective implementation
Support embedding of automation and AI capabilities into operational processes
Assess the impact of technology and AI on workflows, roles, and operating structures
Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and control requirements
Identify opportunities to simplify and redesign processes rather than automate existing inefficiencies
Required Experience & Qualifications
7–10+ years of process design and/or operating model transformation initiatives in a complex global organization - experience required
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments
Demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN)
Ability to conduct qualitative and qualitative analysis of data within the operational processes.
Experience in performance measurement, and development of business insights
Exposure to technology or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Minimum Salary:
zł282,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
