Position Summary

The Senior Warehouse Keeper is responsible for managing and monitoring all finished goods warehouse activities to ensure compliance with Viatris quality policies, GxP requirements, and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role supports inventory accuracy, product movements, warehouse operations, serialization activities, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Follow up all functions for finished goods warehouse, to ensure that there is a procedure in place and the procedure is followed and aligning with Viatris quality policy and warehouse standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:

  • Receive finished goods from production into the quarantine area and record transactions in SAP.
  • Follow up on product release processes and transfer released products from quarantine to released stock locations in SAP.
  • Transfer products between warehouses and storage locations within SAP.
  • Manage inventory reconciliation between warehouse and Logistics Service Provider (LSP).
  • Monitor inventory levels and verify stock availability for all products.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts, investigate shortages or overages, and participate in annual physical inventory activities with Warehouse Management and LSP.
  • Receive and process finished goods returned from the sales return store according to approved procedures.
  • Receive finished goods from the overprinting area after stamping and serialization activities.

Product Handling & Distribution:

  • Prepare shipments and coordinate deliveries with the Logistics team.
  • Ensure proper storage and distribution of products in accordance with GxP requirements.
  • Review, classify, and distribute returned products within the warehouse.
  • Prepare products for stamping, transfer them to the overprinting area, and receive them back upon completion.
  • Process damaged, broken, or expired products and transfer them to the sales return store physically and within SAP.
  • Receive EDA returns and manage related warehouse transactions.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation:

  • Coordinate with QA to update SOPs and implement CAPA actions.
  • Record quality control samples and MOH samples in SAP according to approved requirements.
  • Prepare EDA samples and shelf samples.

Systems Management:

  • Work with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure warehouse systems and processes align with business requirements.
  • Utilize SAP and other systems to support warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Work with MOH representatives to register samples in the MOH logbook.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Prepare daily and monthly warehouse operational reports.
  • Support Supply Chain (GSC) and Sales functions as required.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Production teams to facilitate receipt, storage, and shipment activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience/background.
