About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for online stores and e-commerce brands. This role involves customer support, order management, product listing updates, administrative support, and coordination across various e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience working with online stores, understands e-commerce workflows, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, or support platforms.
- Handle order concerns, tracking requests, returns, refunds, and general product inquiries.
- Deliver professional and customer-focused support to maintain positive customer experiences.
Order & Store Management
- Process and monitor orders through Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Update order statuses, tracking information, and customer records.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams or suppliers regarding shipping and delivery concerns.
Product Listing & Inventory Support
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock concerns.
- Assist with catalog organization and product categorization.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and workflow tracking.
- Support promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives when needed.
Social Media & Content Support
- Assist with social media scheduling and content posting.
- Coordinate basic graphics or marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor comments and messages on social platforms when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support or virtual assistance.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic content creation tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
Additional Requirements
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
