Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs spanning software, hardware, infrastructure, and AI research initiatives.
- Define program structure, milestones, and execution plans while coordinating across engineering, research, product, and operations teams.
- Act as the central connector across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify, surface, and resolve execution bottlenecks while proactively managing trade-offs in complex technical environments.
- Engage deeply with technical teams to understand system-level risks, architectural constraints, and infrastructure challenges.
- Develop lightweight but scalable processes, frameworks, and tools that improve program execution efficiency.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by translating evolving requirements into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery roles across complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Strong technical foundation, with prior experience as an engineer or close collaboration with AI/ML, infrastructure, or systems teams.
- Proven track record managing programs involving both software and hardware components.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments with significant ambiguity.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, infrastructure, or distributed computing environments (preferred).
- Ability to navigate and manage multi-team dependencies in large-scale technical ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure concepts is a strong plus.
- Experience with performance optimization, cost efficiency, or large-scale distributed systems is highly valued.
- Comfortable working in an AI-first environment and actively leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.
- Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward execution.
