FC Operations Lead The Operations Lead position requires an individual who can work effectively under pressure, stay organized, and lead a team of 8 to 10 employees. The candidate must be able to work alongside the manager, assist with picking, packing, and receiving tasks, and demonstrate an ability to lead by example. They should take pride in their work, be able to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to various shifts or hours. The Operations Lead position is directly responsible for staff working in either the picking, packing or receiving areas of the fulfillment center. They will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. Task Leads delegate work to team members that will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. A keen attention to detail is a must, as leads will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed. The primary operating schedule is Monday thru Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm, with overtime hours sometimes required based on shipping volumes.
