Base pay range $98,000.00/yr - $153,000.00/yr Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor for partners and clients using our advertising and platform products. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical challenges, unblock partners facing issues, and help them scale their growth on Meta's platforms. You will work at the intersection of technology and strategy, translating product capabilities into measurable business outcomes while partnering closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure partners can successfully leverage Meta's advertising solutions.Technical Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners and clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across Meta's advertising and platform productsTroubleshoot complex technical challenges related to Meta's monetization products including signals, measurement, and ads delivery to unblock partner growthAnalyze partner technical architectures and data flows to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions that enable partners to scale effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market process for launching new products and supporting existing onesAdvise clients and partners on best practices for utilizing Meta's advertising solutions to maximize their business outcomesLeverage AI-integrated workflows to accelerate root cause analysis, solution development, and partner-facing communicationsDevelop and deliver technical documentation and troubleshooting guides that enable partners to self-serve and resolve common issuesIdentify...
