A Day in the Life

Join our team as a Senior Finance Analyst and play a key role in driving business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights and support key business initiatives. We offer a collaborative, inclusive workplace that values innovation, continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual business P&L
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve financial outcomes
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis and risk assessment
• Continuously improve reporting processes and leverage emerging technologies to drive efficiency

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning or related role
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting
• Advanced Excel Skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
