What will I be doing?

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


•    Drive regional Operational Excellence strategy aligned with OE 2.0 initiatives.
•    Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels.
•    Ensure weekly LMS reporting discipline and data accuracy.
•    Analyze labor productivity trends and provide actionable insights.
•    Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve rostering discipline and labor alignment.
•    Lead and support Time & Motion studies across properties.
•    Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies.
•    Identify and share best practices across hotels.
•    Support change management and continuous improvement culture.
•    Various ad hoc projects as required

•    Improvement in Productivity Ratio across JKM hotels.
•    LMS reporting compliance rate (weekly).
•    Reduction in labor cost % vs budget.
•    Adoption rate of OE initiatives across hotels.
•    Number of best practices implemented regionally.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
•    5 years hotel operations or finance experience.
•    Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•    Strong knowledge of Time Saver system and reporting.
•    Experience with LMS and productivity analysis.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
•    English & Japanese language skills required.
