The Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a key role in supporting customers by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. In addition, the specialist manages an assigned portfolio of customer accounts as the account owner, building strong customer relationships, driving engagement, and supporting the successful execution of sea freight export operations.How you create impact
- Establish and strengthen relationships with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular visits, and proactive guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and activities.
- Monitor the financial performance of each account and maximize individual gross profit.
- Ensure timely pricing responses and manage quotations end-to-end.
- Coordinate and monitor sea freight export shipments, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
What we would like you to bring
- 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably within sea logistics with a focus on export operations.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and decision-making.
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating international shipments.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
