Accountabilities:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including TSDs, VARs, IT consultants, and cloud providers, to expand the partner ecosystem.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships that drive engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
    • Enable partners by educating them on core solutions, target markets, and value propositions to improve positioning and sales effectiveness.
    • Support partners across the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, quoting, technical coordination, and contract execution.
    • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and channel performance metrics through proactive partner engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-led opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and partner activity reporting within CRM systems.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide strategic insights to improve partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, managed services, or solution-based B2B sales with measurable success.
      • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or partner recruitment (ideally 2+ years working with TSDs, VARs, or similar ecosystems).
      • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and communications technologies.
      • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale strategic business relationships that drive revenue growth.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
      • Strong business acumen with a consultative, outcome-driven sales approach.
      • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partner initiatives in a remote environment.
      • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools.
