  • Handle guest inquiries by providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed to maintain high satisfaction
  • Monitor guest satisfaction by engaging with guests throughout their stay and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
  • Support VIP and special requests by preparing amenities, arranging personalized services, and ensuring attention to detail
  • Maintain records and communication through proper documentation of guest preferences, incidents, and follow‑ups
