Our culture of growth and empathy values your expertise, fosters your leadership, and supports your long‑term career development within a diverse team. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Managing Consultant within IBM Studios Paris, you will lead strategic engagements at the intersection of User Experience, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Transformation. You will work closely with clients, C‑level stakeholders, and multidisciplinary IBM teams to orchestrate end‑to‑end transformations—from discovery and visioning to design, activation, and value realization. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading agentic transformation initiatives: helping clients identify, cadrer and design AI agents across business processes, customer journeys or SAP-enabled workflows, ensuring impact, adoption and governance. • Designing and driving UX strategies: translating business objectives, user needs and technological constraints into clear experience strategies, service blueprints, and target UX frameworks for complex programs (including SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based transformations). • Cadrer and activating innovation: orchestrating co‑creation sessions, convergence workshops, learning expeditions and design-led explorations to identify high‑value use cases and accelerate decision-making. • Structuring and leading client engagements: managing streams of work, ensuring delivery excellence, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (consultants, designers, data/AI experts, SAP teams), and driving alignment across stakeholders. • Supporting business development: constructing differentiated value propositions, crafting compelling storytelling for proposals, shaping client narratives, and contributing to Studio growth initiatives. • Mentoring and developing talent: guiding junior consultants and designers, sharing methods and expertise, and contributing to Studio communities (AI agentique, UX, innovation, SAP transformation). You will operate in a hybrid environment combining strategic consulting, experience design, AI agentic orchestration, and emerging tech exploration. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Experience in UX Strategy & Service Design: ability to design UX visions, service blueprints, and end‑to‑end experiences aligned with business goals, technical constraints, and user value. • Strong consulting skills: experience leading client engagements, structuring complex problems, delivering strategic recommendations, and interacting with C‑level stakeholders. • Agentic AI or Applied AI experience: ability to cadrer use cases, design operating models, or orchestrate AI‑driven workflows (e.g., generative AI, agentic patterns, automation). • Enterprise transformation experience: involvement in large‑scale transformation programs (SAP, ERP, CRM, data, cloud…) with a UX or innovation-led lens. • Cross-functional collaboration: ability to align business, design and technology teams, and to deliver integrated solutions within large organizational environments. • Storytelling & communication excellence: capacity to craft narratives, synthesize complex topics and present to executive audiences. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Human-centered design mastery: deep experience with design thinking, facilitation, co‑creation, and convergence workshops. • Agentic AI design expertise: understanding of AI agents, orchestration, prompt engineering, frameworks for value-driven agent activation, or experience with tools/platforms enabling autonomous agents. • SAP transformation exposure: experience with SAP S/4HANA programs, especially on UX transformation (Fiori, process redesign, integration of AI assistants in SAP workflows). • Experience analytics & UX measurement: ability to leverage analytics tools, journey analytics, heatmaps, or research insights to steer decision‑making. • Awareness of emerging technologies: knowledge of innovation domains (quantum, IoT, AR/VR, automation, genAI) and their potential impact on experience and transformation programs.
