In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and securing new features for our primary Android mobile products.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Drive the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our core Android solutions, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the development lifecycle from prototyping and implementation to testing, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.Security & Best Practices: Define and evangelize development best practices with a strict focus on code robustness, mobile security, scalability, and performance.Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, UX designers, and backend engineering teams to align on product roadmaps and backend API design.Customer & Field Support: Interface with Support and field teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer escalations in large-scale enterprise deployments.Mentorship: Lead brainstorming and design sessions, providing ongoing technical direction and code reviews for teammates across multiple global sites.Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve regarding evolving mobile technologies, Android OS updates, and relevant open-source libraries.Qualifications Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years dedicated to the Android platform and at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role.Strong proficiency in Kotlin...
