Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Strategic Engagement Plan aligned with program goals and federal mission priorities.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, international, and private-sector organizations.
- Lead communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged through consultation and structured outreach.
- Design and execute outreach initiatives that enable stakeholders to advocate for and adopt program capabilities within their respective mission areas.
- Coordinate and facilitate briefings, meetings, webinars, training sessions, demonstrations, and engagement events.
- Support mission-critical stakeholder visits and on-site or virtual engagement activities across multiple locations.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder communications materials including fact sheets, updates, and briefing documents.
- Document all stakeholder interactions using engagement lifecycle management tools and maintain accurate engagement records.
- Produce executive-level reporting including engagement metrics, activity summaries, and strategic insights.
- Lead stakeholder identification efforts and align engagement activities with evolving program needs and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, program management, communications, or related federal roles.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems in federal environments.
- Strong background in communication, change management, and stakeholder mobilization strategies.
- Experience supporting large-scale government programs or transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain DHS suitability or public trust clearance.
