Accountabilities
- Generate actionable insights from complex, multi-source marketing datasets to guide channel investment, campaign optimization, and pipeline strategy.
- Partner with marketing leaders across demand generation, partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing, and brand to deliver impactful analytics initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain marketing attribution frameworks, including first-touch, multi-touch, and incrementality measurement models.
- Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools that enable stakeholders to monitor funnel performance, channel ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop scalable marketing data models and foundational analytics assets using modern data infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, diagnose marketing performance issues, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Connect marketing investments to commercial outcomes such as pipeline growth, ARR, customer acquisition costs, and payback metrics.
- Continuously improve marketing measurement methodologies, reporting accuracy, and data governance practices.
- 4+ years of experience delivering marketing analytics solutions within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution methodologies, marketing mix measurement, and performance analytics.
- Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable data models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with modern analytics ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses, dbt, ETL/ELT processes, and BI platforms such as Looker, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools.
- Experience working with marketing platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or comparable technologies.
- Excellent SQL and data modeling skills with the ability to build reliable business intelligence assets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Consulting experience, exposure to AI or data science projects, and financial analytics knowledge are considered strong advantages.
