Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to service requests, scheduling, pricing, billing inquiries, and general account support.
- Using internal systems to track customer information, document interactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Acting as a customer liaison for scheduling changes, service concerns, and account-related questions.
- Collaborating with branch and operational teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Supporting customer outreach campaigns through proactive outbound communications.
- Providing technical support assistance when required.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, clerical, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to use a computer effectively, including customer management systems and standard office applications.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows preferred.
- Typing speed of approximately 25 words per minute preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
