Summary:
Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive email customer journeys, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring timely activation of campaign canvases tailored to customer lifecycles. This role involves creating standard emails using prescribed templates and marketing content, conducting internal testing and quality checks, and generating insightful post-campaign reports. The associate will oversee campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with turnaround times, and actively participate in team initiatives such as process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Accountabilities:
- Design and Implement Email Campaigns: Develop comprehensive email customer journeys and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Campaign Activation: Ensure timely activation of campaign canvases tailored to customer lifecycles.
- Email Creation: Utilize prescribed templates and marketing content to create standard emails.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct internal testing and quality checks to ensure adherence to standard guidelines.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and present post-campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Calendar Management: Oversee campaign calendars and timelines, ensuring compliance with turnaround times.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team initiatives, including process mapping and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns or a related function, with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively, build collaborative partnerships, and influence campaign outcomes
- Strong communication and project management skills with experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle strategies and journey mapping, experience in developing marketing plans or email communications calendars is an advantage
- Proven ability to uphold quality benchmarks and follow QA procedures consistently, regardless of time constraints
- Demonstrated agility in adapting to evolving processes, tools, and team structures
- Deep interest in marketing automation and a commitment to applying best practices
- Comfortable with onboarding into new technologies and workflows specific to the campaign function
- Self-directed, dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to support broader initiatives
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
