Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Ambulatory RN, you will be the primary point of contact for many of our patients, providing compassionate care, expert clinical guidance, and fostering a trusting and supportive environment throughout their outpatient journey. Your dedication to patient advocacy and clear communication will be paramount in ensuring positive health outcomes and an excellent patient experience.Every day, you will leverage your critical thinking skills and clinical expertise to manage a diverse patient caseload, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients on chronic disease management, preventative care, and post-procedure instructions. Your proactive approach to patient care and ability to adapt to varying patient needs will be essential.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a proven track record of maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory standards. Job Requirements
RequiredCurrent Washington state licensure as an RNBLS through AHA at time of hireGraduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of NursingStrong patient assessment skills, phone skills, ability to work collaboratively in team setting, current workingknowledge of electronic medical records
