You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the company’s compensation philosophy, overseeing global pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and building strong reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting.

What You'll do
You’re a senior reward leader who combines strong commercial judgement with analytical depth and pragmatic execution.
You’ve likely built or evolved reward frameworks inside a scaling technology or fintech organisation and are comfortable partnering directly with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy.
You’re confident working across complex international environments and have the credibility to challenge when necessary while maintaining trust with senior stakeholders.
Who you are

Experience leading Total Rewards functions in international organisations

Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentive design

Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting

Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reward governance, particularly across Europe

The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational depth in fast-growing environments
Experience within fintech or similarly fast-paced global technology companies is strongly preferred, particularly within organisations operating at a comparable stage of growth.
