Business Support Management Analyst (Vaga PCD)
The position will provide opportunity to focus on the CIB Business Change Management (BCM) & Expense Management that provides a range of services to support the JP Morgan CIB business globally.
The primary function of the group is onboarding and off boarding of users within CIB, and partnering with a number of teams globally to ensure the necessary requests raised are completely in a timely manner. The team also manage and oversee a number of additional processes and validation exercises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of end to end process of On & Offboarding process.
- Drive technology agenda by controlling and provisioning of technology hardware, applications and market data management.
- Real Estate/Space planning: maintenance of floor plans, move management, cost allocation and adhoc projects. Drive efficiency within CIB footprint.
- Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.
- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics towards BSM agenda.
- Navigate through expense data to create reports and presentations for Senior Management.
- Advocate for the administrative staff needs.
- Control and coordinate LOB’s vendor onboarding and LOB invoices for the Brazilian franchise.
- Adhoc projects towards BSM agenda in Latin America.
- Ability to process & review data efficiently in compliance with the procedures (intermediate Excel skills. are essential) with an appreciation of the importance of process and a robust control framework.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Advanced English (oral and written communications).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong and independent problem solving skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to conduct analytical reviews to influence and drive decision making.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure.
- A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverable.
