The position will provide opportunity to focus on the CIB Business Change Management (BCM) & Expense Management that provides a range of services to support the JP Morgan CIB business globally.

The primary function of the group is onboarding and off boarding of users within CIB, and partnering with a number of teams globally to ensure the necessary requests raised are completely in a timely manner.  The team also manage and oversee a number of additional processes and validation exercises.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of end to end process of On & Offboarding process.
  • Drive technology agenda by controlling and provisioning of technology hardware, applications and market data management.
  • Real Estate/Space planning: maintenance of floor plans, move management, cost allocation and adhoc projects. Drive efficiency within CIB footprint.
  • Enforce a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.
  • Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics towards BSM agenda.
  • Navigate through expense data to create reports and presentations for Senior Management.
  • Advocate for the administrative staff needs.
  • Control and coordinate LOB’s vendor onboarding and LOB invoices for the Brazilian franchise.
  • Adhoc projects towards BSM agenda in Latin America.
  • Ability to process & review data efficiently in compliance with the procedures (intermediate Excel skills. are essential) with an appreciation of the importance of process and a robust control framework.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.
  • Process Improvements and Efficiencies.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced English (oral and written communications).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong and independent problem solving skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Ability to conduct analytical reviews to influence and drive decision making.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure.
  • A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverable.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • Customer service / Client facing experience is helpful.
