The NVIDIA Networking Advanced Development Software group builds groundbreaking technologies that open new markets and deepen customer relationships. We focus on emerging areas in networking, distributed computing, AI, and cloud infrastructure for next-generation data centers and AI factories. Our teams develop innovative software platforms spanning application software, distributed systems, networking, and infrastructure while collaborating closely with partners, customers, and open-source communities.
As part of the group, you will work with multiple development teams, owning and evolving the engineering infrastructure that enables advanced software development, validation, and continuous integration.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and maintain the development lab infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operation
- Manage Kubernetes-based development and testing environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Work with IT and infrastructure teams to provision compute, networking, and storage resources based on engineering requirements
- Develop reusable automation “skills” and tooling for the internal engineering platform, enabling self-service provisioning of development environments, test setups, and infrastructure configurations (e.g., NIC type, compute, storage)
- Develop Python and Bash automation and system validation tests to improve engineering productivity
- Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure issues across the software stack
- Create and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and engineering best practices
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD platforms
- Strong Python and Bash scripting skills for automation, tooling, and system validation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- A teammate with a can-do attitude, high energy, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Familiarity with regression frameworks, automated testing workflows, and CI/CD best practices
- Experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Buildkite, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with Helm, Kubernetes operators, and cluster management
- Proactive, creative, and highly collaborative mindset with strong ownership of infrastructure quality and engineering productivity
