Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be capable of working independently after a structured training period.
Hourly: $30.00
Shift: 3rd Shift (8pm-4:30am)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Install, modify, and assist with startup of production equipment.
- Support facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, compressors, chillers, and other building systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work safely while following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
- Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
- Accurately document maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of related maintenance experience with a technical degree, or 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial sensors preferred.
- Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift after training.
- Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Fanuc robots
- CNC machinery
- Mitsubishi PLCs
- Keyence safety systems and sensors
- Vision inspection systems
- Laser part detection systems
- SMC pneumatic valves and cylinders
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Work from scissor lifts or man lifts up to 35 feet.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
