Accountabilities
- Manage commercial agreements, contract terms, and related documentation to ensure compliance and business continuity.
- Monitor payment processes, support budget planning, and maintain accurate financial tracking across commercial activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, handling commercial, financial, and contractual discussions.
- Negotiate with new vendors and partners while coordinating contract execution and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams to support commercial operations and resolve contractual matters.
- Prepare reports, financial calculations, and business insights using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, automate workflows, and introduce operational efficiencies.
- Support business development initiatives by researching market opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, commercial operations, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and reviewing contractual terms.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and data analysis for reporting and business decision-making.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, CRM platforms, administrative systems, or process automation initiatives is considered an advantage.
