The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating various heavy equipment on construction and engineering projects, with a strong understanding of the trade and a commitment to safety.Key Responsibilities: Experienced and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong background in operating, maintaining, and inspecting heavy machinery on construction and industrial sitesProficient in operating equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, forklifts, and other heavy machineryStrong knowledge of safety regulations, site procedures, and OSHA standards to ensure a safe work environmentMinimum of 10 years of heavy equipment experience hands-on experience Skilled at performing routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and reporting mechanical issuesEffective team player with the ability to collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and site managersDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while meeting project deadlines and quality standardsAvailable to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work weekends as needed to meet project demandsCommitted to high-quality workmanship, equipment care, and job site safetyQualifications: Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awarenessAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable attendance with the ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends as neededPhysical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform manual labor as requiredValid driver’s license; CDL preferred (if applicable)OSHA certification or equipment-specific certifications preferred (if applicable)Must be able to pass a drug test Our roles are often flexible.
