Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Respiratory Therapy Equipment Technician, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues.
Every day you willl clean, and assemble equipment, stock and deliver respiratory equipment to hospital areas. Also you will order, receive and distribute medical gas products to all users within the hospital.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, unwavering calm under pressure, and the ability to anticipate outcomes.
- Works independently in the cleaning and assemling of all equipment and insures function for patient use.
- Stocks equipment and maintains appropriate par level
- Delivers all medical gases efficiently and accurately
- Organizes and maintains order in cleaning & storage areas
- Identifies all equipment requiring preventative maintenance and notified biomed
- Regularly assesses supply needs and maintains needed inventory
Job Requirements
Required
