**Your role and responsibilities**
* Progress Opportunities: Advance existing opportunities through the sales cycle, leveraging knowledge of IBM's Technology Portfolio to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Support Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Technology Expert Labs solutions, aligning with client expectations and driving business growth.
* Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on IBM's Technology Portfolio and identifying new sales opportunities.
* Drive Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of IBM's Technology Expert Labs business, developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Technology Portfolio Knowledge: Experience with IBM's Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, comprising various platforms and products such as Data Platform, Automation Platform, Transaction Processing Platform, Hybrid Cloud Platform, Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW.
* Solution Selling Expertise: Experience in solution selling, creating demand, and progressing opportunities to close for technology solutions, leveraging knowledge of complex technology portfolios to address client needs.
* Industry Insight: Experience working with clients in various industries, understanding their technology needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
* Collaboration and Delivery: Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions, aligning with client expectations and driving business growth.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Technology Portfolio Familiarity: Experience with IBM's Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, comprising various platforms and products such as Data Platform, Automation Platform, Transaction Processing Platform, Hybrid Cloud Platform, Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, and zHW, is beneficial for this role.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience working with clients in multiple industries, understanding their technology needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth, is advantageous.
* Solution Selling Skills: Experience in solution selling, creating demand, and progressing opportunities to close for technology solutions, leveraging knowledge of complex technology portfolios to address client needs, is desirable.
