Accountabilities:

    • Manage end-to-end execution of 30+ annual trade shows, including logistics, booth setup coordination, shipping, and staff travel arrangements.
    • Lead pre-event planning activities, including kickoff calls and onsite team preparation to ensure strong event performance.
    • Own post-event lead management processes, including data entry, lead assignment, and timely follow-up coordination with sales teams.
    • Coordinate pre- and post-event marketing campaigns in partnership with growth marketing to drive booth traffic and engagement.
    • Oversee onsite event operations to ensure smooth execution and adherence to schedules during trade shows.
    • Track, monitor, and reconcile event budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency and financial accountability.
    • Identify and recommend trade show and sponsorship opportunities aligned with strategic goals and budget availability.
    • Build and maintain standardized event playbooks, SOPs, and operational resources to improve scalability and consistency.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to measure event performance and optimize ROI outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 1–3 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or event operations.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
      • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
      • Ability to travel frequently for onsite event execution across North America.
      • Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
