Accountabilities
- Define and own the regional performance marketing strategy and growth roadmap across African markets
- Set strategic direction for paid acquisition across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and mobile DSPs
- Guide high-level investment allocation and portfolio optimisation across markets and channels
- Partner with brand and media teams on large-scale initiatives including ATL, OOH, and partnerships
- Influence cross-functional priorities across product, analytics, creative, and marketing teams
- Translate complex performance data into strategic insights and actionable growth recommendations
- Advise executive leadership on marketing strategy, market opportunities, and investment decisions
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or digital growth roles
- Strong expertise in major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, DSPs)
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide strategic decisions
- Solid understanding of funnels, attribution models, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience working in fast-scaling, data-driven, or international environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level exposure
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms is a plus
- Additional language skills (French or Portuguese) are an advantage
