We are looking for a talented and driven Delivery Manager to own and develop product capabilities in the payment processing domain at inDrive. In this role, you will design and evolve payment solutions, including acquiring, routing, orchestration, and full transaction lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of fintech product initiatives, from planning and requirements to release, rollout, and post-launch follow-up
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Business, Marketing, and external partners where needed
  • Maintain delivery plans, launch timelines, dependency tracking, and execution visibility across teams
  • Identify risks, unblock issues, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Improve delivery processes, planning routines, and documentation to support predictable execution
  • Ensure initiatives align with business goals and user needs
Goals and Metrics
  • Delivery Predictability – % of milestones and releases delivered on time
  • Release Quality – number of critical post-release issues, rollbacks, or urgent hotfixes
  • Risk and Dependency Management – % of blockers resolved within target timelines; number of dependency-related delays
  • Stakeholder Communication – % of status updates shared on time

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in delivery, project, program, or product operations roles in tech or product teams
  • Strong understanding of software development, release cycles, and cross-functional delivery
  • Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across teams
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure plans and communicate results clearly
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Professional working proficiency in English (equivalent to B2/C1+ or higher)
Personal Qualities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams and stakeholders
  • Flexibility, stress resilience, and results-oriented mindset
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • PMI, PRINCE2, PSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
