Accountabilities:
- Perform royalty analysis, revenue tracking, and financial reporting for global business operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Support data extraction, transformation, loading, and analysis (ETLA) processes to maintain reliable reporting pipelines.
- Conduct contract and pricing reviews to support revenue recognition and financial analysis activities.
- Collaborate with global functional teams and corporate services to align reporting, analysis, and operational requirements.
- Assist with vendor management, expense tracking, and operational support tasks for business units.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to operational improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, finance analytics, or data-driven analytical roles.
- Strong experience analyzing large datasets and working with structured reporting systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience reviewing contracts, pricing structures, or revenue-related documentation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, or similar database tools is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $84,000 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications
